Drag or open all your JPEGs into Photoshop<br />
Now select File Menu, select automate then PDF Presentation.<br />
A popup will open select Add Open Files<br />
you can arrange by dragging up and down<br />
ofcourse you can browse and include other images also<br />
Select multipage document or presentation.</p>
